How much does a judge for a civil marriage at home cost?
The requirements to get married by civil ceremony in the United States are varied, but they depend on the state where you want to get married. Since it is such a special date for the couple, we have decided to write down the documents, places, and procedures to make getting married practical and simple.
The United States is known for being a country of opportunities, whether you are an American or a foreigner eager to get married, the steps to formalize a civil marriage begin with the application for a marriage license.
An applicant with a severe disability is not eligible to marry, nor is one who cannot give consent in a lucid condition. Likewise, in terms of cost, a civil marriage is less expensive than a church marriage.
Performing a marriage in any of the U.S. states is valid for the rest of the states. However, there are certain states that require the couple to be natives or current residents of the requesting state.

So if you have finally decided to settle down and get married, we tell you everything you need to know about a civil wedding, from how to start the process, the costs it has because it is a procedure before the State and other factors such as documentation that you must submit so you can get married.
Keep in mind that the importance of this social contract is to establish rights and obligations of each of the spouses; as well as protection for the children in case there are any and the couple decides to separate.
Since this is an official governmental procedure, in itself, it has no cost, but you must pay for the registration of the marriage at the Civil Registry and if you plan for the judge to go to the hall or garden where you are going to get married, it will have a different cost.
Once you present all your documents to the Civil Registry, as well as the proof of payment, the proof of the prenuptial course and the proof of not being in the registry of maintenance debtors, you will be given a date and time to appear before the judge who will perform the union. This may take some time, so we recommend you to start the whole process in advance.
Judge for civil marriage at home
First of all, the requirements for a civil marriage in the United States vary from state to state. Not only that, but they change over time. Always check with the county registrar before arranging the rest of your wedding as the requirements change frequently and are not the same for all counties.
Although there are differences between the requirements in the various states, a marriage between two spouses performed in one state is recognized by all other states under the U.S. Constitution.
Obviously, this must be either single or unmarried. If either (or both) of you are divorced, bring copies of the divorce decree. In Pennsylvania, widowed applicants should bring a copy of the death certificate of the deceased spouse.
Many states have waiting periods before obtaining or using your marriage license. So, be careful when coordinating the dates for the civil wedding (or for the party or your honeymoon) as you may have to wait between one and six days between the time you apply for your license and when you receive it. For example, in Pennsylvania, there is a 72-hour waiting period before you receive your license and in New York you must wait 24 hours after receiving your license before getting married.
